commendation
Kia’s account servicing team is definitely one of the stronger teams in the agency and I would say Cheryl is one of the reasons why. Being able to build the relationship with the clients and foresee the potential hiccups a project would have, help keep the account in check. She’s a colleague that will stand her ground for the agency when the clients try to overstep, even though we don’t always win the battle but it's a great feeling knowing someone has your back.

Cheryl has been extremely helpful and patient since our first few interactions, and I really appreciate her working style - how she is so approachable and genuine on a personal level, yet always remains professional and equipped with a great work ethic that inspires the people under her to follow suit. I really admire her level of meticulousness, and she definitely goes above and beyond when servicing clients.

In a world where suits function more as project managers, Cheryl is a welcome throwback to a time where account managers were truly the brand guardians. She critiques the strategy in a way that enables us to anticipate and address clients’ concerns while keeping as true to the creative vision as we can. 11/10 would love for Cheryl to be my suit for the rest of my career!

was a Planner in Havas
Cheryl is one of those rare suits who is as liked by clients as she is by creatives, able to balance the tension between the two and guide everyone towards a good outcome. Unfailingly polite and yet authentically herself, she has a great attitude and commitment to getting things done and done right.

was the Managing Director of gyro
and direct superior
Beneath Cheryl's easy-going nature beats the heart of a really good accounts person. She's intelligent, detail-oriented, diligent and works extremely hard. In the time I worked with her at gyro, I found her incredibly supportive of the creative process, focused on what she had to do and helpful in every way. She built a strong relationship with her clients and had the unenviable task of balancing the client's needs with the creative's demands. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
There are a few people in the world whom you feel will always make your work better. And Cheryl is one of them. She is one of a dying breed of account managers who can quickly engage clients and colleagues alike with a great blend of charm and knowledge. You can always trust her to deliver even when under pressure and tight deadlines. To top it all, she’s great to have around and yeah, you will definitely want to work with her.
