    ACCOUNT LEAD FOR THE ENTIRE CYCLE & CARRIAGE MULTI-FRANCHISE BRANDS – KIA, MITSUBISHI MOTORS, CITROËN AND DS
    • From clinching Kia in 2018, to all multi-franchise brands in 2019. Driving key integrated product launches, e-commerce, performance & digital marketing: from strategy, lead nurturing & generation, creative ideation, execution & production to creative optimisation.

    • Liaison across different internal divisions: Havas Media (Paid and SEO), Social and PR - across print, radio, OOH, digital, and social.

    • Worked on dynamic creative strategies, personalization of digital user journeys & touchpoints based on consumer segmentation insights.

    • Initiated and implemented internal cross-division processes.

    Kia’s account servicing team is definitely one of the stronger teams in the agency and I would say Cheryl is one of the reasons why. Being able to build the relationship with the clients and foresee the potential hiccups a project would have, help keep the account in check.  She’s a colleague that will stand her ground for the agency when the clients try to overstep, even though we don’t always win the battle but it's a great feeling knowing someone has your back.

She is one of a dying breed of account managers who can quickly engage clients and colleagues alike with a great blend of charm and knowledge. You can always trust her to deliver even when under pressure and tight deadlines. To top it all, she’s great to have around and yeah, you will definitely want to work with her.
